Hueyda El Saied is a mixture of Sudanese and Albanian blood. She was born an only child in Tirana. She majored in classical dance at Jordan Misja art school. At the age of seventeen she and her dance partner, Ilir Avdyli, won the First Prize in the competition TV show called “Twelve dances Without a Saturday”. But even though she was one of the best dancers in Albania, her parents wanted her to give up dancing and study law. She decided then to leave Albania and settle in France, where she was welcomed by the French-Albanian film director in Paris, Liria Begeja. Then Hueyda studied contemporary dance at the National Conservatory of Paris. he continued her dancing career in France by taking part on France 2, TF1, and M6 television channels. She danced for Lara Fabian, Moos, Donna Summer, Nigel & Marvin, and Larousso. Her talent was getting recognized and she met her first agent and producers. Hueyda danced in the video clips of Alizée, Sinclair, Etienne Daho, Florent Pagny, Paul Personne, Sniper, Jane Fostin, Sandy Valentino, and DSL, and she led choreographies for the “Qui est qui” TV show on France 2. Later Hueyda worked as a model and acted in a number of TV commercials in France Japan, Cameroon, Belgium, and Portugal (La Fnac, Nescafé, L’Oréal, and Ratp-Sncf). Her picture was displayed in Paris’ metro.
