Fatmiresisht, Adelina arriti ate qe do te deshironte qdo kengetare; ta menagjojne te huajit. Dihet se ne Kosove nuk mbrohen te drejtat e artisteve ne pergjithesi, andaj Adelina fale karrieres 23 vjeqare dhe dvd-se se fundit qe lansoj ne tregun Zvicerran, ajo nenshkruan kontraten me disa menagjere zvicerran. I uroje suksese te metutjeshme.
